Instant implementation: User-friendly!
The use of Contact Pro doesn't require a specific technical competence and, after a brief training, anyone will be able to launch marketing campaigns, to interrogate a database and organize the activities of all personnel involved in a project.
Even a new user, without specific knowledge, will be able to carry out a telemarketing activity, acquire information, update contact personal data, request information following the path shown on screen, give punctual answers thumbing through libraries and electronic manuals, meet any objection with fixed counter-objections, passing to a supervisor all necessary information for the improvement of future contacts. |
Two configurations for two different CRMs:
To meet the different needs of its customers, Contact Pro is available in two configurations, Business and Extended Server, with a great number of optional modules to be summed up to enlarge Contact Pro functionalities.
- Contact Pro Business: the Contact Pro Business configuration is the best solution for a proper control of activities such database marketing, telemarketing and contact management, even cutting on expences. Connecting via ODBC to any RBDMS, Contact Pro Business has simplicity on his side and, even if it doesn't allow a complete integration with the most sophisticated functions on a database, it permits the activities customization with a low investment.
- Contact Pro Extended Server: the Contact Pro Extended Server configuration has been developed for all companies requiring an effective integration between Contact Pro and
databases, exploiting at best the functionalities related to database management. Extended Server is the proper configuration for companies willing to make active a database marketing system able to easily “conversate” with other firm systems or for call centers with complex management of data models.
