Contact+ phone processor, a sophisticated SIP phone server for the management of telemarketing campaigns, both outbound and inbound, to warrant an extremely high efficiency level.
With Contact+ it is possible to launch outbound campaign using the preview algorithms and power dialing, while for the inbound ones are available functionalities related to multilevel IVR, messagge management, ACD calls distribution and for voice boxes management. For preview applications, in alternative, it is possible the use of a Ziphone phone device that, connected to an analog line and to a USB port, allows an effective automatic management of calls. The Altesys headsets complete the Contact Center , essential to allow the operators to work freehand and in maximum comfort.
